Study on Structure Type and Operation Condition of UHVDC Wall Bushing

Abstract When the ±800kV UHVDC capacity is increased to 10000MW, transmission current 5kA and 6.25kA, which will put forward new requirements for key technology of through wall bushing: in UHV level, bushing lies research basic voltage sharing field sharing. In case large carrying capacity, heat DC bushing, converter outgoing line device operate at rated voltage, central conductor heated due current. Therefore, temperature distribution inside tail core uneven, resistivity function temperature, resulting change with potential electric during operation. under above high operation conditions, in-depth required design device, calculation internal distribution, sharing, technology. The combined action electrical thermal stress significantly affect transformer accelerate aging rate composite insulation material, introduces topic bushing. are theoretically analyzed, structure optimized from aspects material structure, manufacturing process test deeply systematically studied.
